You have to learn how to make money as an agent. Most agents come into real estate in their early 30’s after leaving other professions. Teaching you how to start making money is the most important tool a real estate company can offer you.
Without clients you cannot make money. Obtaining clients is the first tool to making money in this industry.
First determine if a company you’re considering, or the company you’re with, has a program that teaches you specifically how to secure clients. In other words…..do they have an in-house training program that is specific to your needs & that you understand?
Many companies now have virtual learning. But the best method that has been proven over the years is working with a personal mentor to guide you one on one, step by step to create the knowledge and confidence you need to be a great success. (Everyone has to learn.)
The most successful salespeople work with a mentor to personally guide them, answer questions, help solve problems, & provide training and accountability. We have found this is the key to success.
