Amazing Road Trips Out of Nashville!
According to tourism experts, here in the US road trips are up 64% over 2019! Now that many people are opting out of flying many of us are jumping on the road for summer fun. Tennessee has lots of interesting sites, and is so centrally located we can easily visit surrounding States. Nashville especially seems like the perfect starting point for a road trip adventure.
Our State offers everything from the fabulous Smokey Mountains, to Elvis’ home in Memphis!
I highly recommend a trip to Memphis! Being the home of Elvis isn’t their only claim to fame – although a visit to Graceland is not to be missed. Ribs at the Rendezvous Lounge, a Sun Studio Tour, & pop in at the Peabody to watch the ducks while savoring the history before heading on over Beale Street for a night of music. Wow!
It’s such an easy drive to Georgia, and there are so many options once there. You can play at a big theme park all day, followed by a mountain hike the next day. Visit the fun Coca Cola museum, then head out to a hot springs spa. In Atlanta visit the Polaris Restaurant atop the Hyatt Regency with the stunning panoramic views of the city skyline. As long as you’re in Atlanta… is there any better shopping anywhere?
Pigeon Forge has so much to do you couldn’t finish in a week! From horseback riding to Dollywood, water parks to go carts, fun museums, to roller coasters – don’t miss zip lining, and pancake breakfast. Can’t pass on rock climbing, shopping at the outlet mall, white water rafting, and apple turnovers.
